摘 要:【目的】寻找较高杀菌活性的4-甲基-7-羟基-香豆素衍生物。【方法】设计合成了系列7位醚化的4-甲基-7-羟基-8-乙酰基-香豆素衍生物,并以菌丝生长速率法对其抑菌活性进行了初步筛选。【结果】合成了5个4-甲基-7-烃氧基-8-乙酰基-香豆素衍生物,结构经。HNMR确证。【结论】醚化得5个产物均有一定抑菌作用,异丙基及烯丙基醚化产物对葡萄白腐病菌的抑制作用均比醚化前有所提高。[Aims] This study aims to search for 4-methyl-7-hydroxyl-coumarin derivatives with high antifungal activities. [Methods] A series of etherified 4-methyl-7-hydroxyl-8-acetyl-coumarin derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their antiftmgal activities against the myeelia growth of 4 phytopathogens were examined. [Results] Five 4-methyl-7-alkoxyl-8-acetyl-cournarin analogues were synthesized, their structures were confirmed by tH NMR. [Conclusions] All the 5 etherified products have certain antifungal activities against the phytopathogens tested. Both isopropyl substituted and allyl substituted compounds showed higher toxic activity to Coniothyrium diplodiella.
