摘　　要：菠萝叶纤维是从菠萝叶中提取的一种天然植物纤维,具有抗菌、除臭、快速吸收和蒸发水分等良好的品质与独特的性能,是国内外争相开发的保健绿色材料,而脱胶是其前处理的关键一步。文章综述了菠萝叶纤维不同脱胶工艺的研究进展,简要评价了化学脱胶、生物脱胶、物理脱胶工艺的优缺点,并对优化脱胶条件以及联合脱胶方法的探索提出了展望。Pineapple leaf fiber is a natural plant fiber extracted from pineapple leaves, which has good qualities and unique properties such as antibacterial, deodorant, fast absorption and evaporation. So it is the green materials which was competing development at home and abroad. Degumming is a key step in the pretreatment process. In the paper, the research progress of different degurnming technology of pineapple leaves fiber was reviewed. Then the advantages and disadvantages of chemical, biological and physical degumming process were briefly evaluated. And carried out a preliminary prospect on the optimization of degumming condition and the exploration of joint degumming method. And the optimization of the process conditions and the exploration of combined methods were put forward a prospect.
