摘　　要：面对社会对高分子材料专业高级技术人才的需求,笔者进行了教学内容、教学方式的改革探索,通过精炼书本内容、紧扣科技前沿、学生走上讲台、教学手段多样化和与企业接轨加强实践等方法,强化课堂教学,着重培养学生对专业知识的应用能力,提高学生的综合素质,促进学生就业。Facing the social needs of senior technical personnel＇s in the major of polymer material, the author explore reformation in the teaching contents and methods through the ways of refining knowledge, student participation, focusing frontier science and technology and integrating with enterprises. It can enhance the classroom achievement, concentrate primarily on the ability to apply knowledge and improve comprehensive quality of student to promote their employment.
