环境工程类专业硕士“双导师制”人才培养的实践与探索

摘　　要：分析了环境工程领域专业硕士培养过程中存在的问题,并提出了校企"双导师制"的解决方案。从"双导师制"在培养模式中的实施和取得的阶段性成果等方面进行论述和探讨。为学生配备校内和校外导师,通过"学校、企业、学生"三位一体的管理模式,保障"双导师制"的落实,有效提高学生的专业素质和综合技能,推动人才培养的校企深度融合。The existing issues in culturing professional master for environmental engineering major were initially analyzed and dual tutorial system was adopted as solving method. Then, implementation ways and phasic results of dual tutorial system were discussed and explored. To bring dual tutorial system into effect, the management mode of ＂three in one＂ among college, company and postgraduate was adopted to effectively improve professional quality and comprehensive skill of students, thus realizing efficient cooperation between college and company for talent cultivation.
