摘　　要：儿童发展性协调障碍(DCD)是发育性功能障碍,DCD儿童存在动作技能协调性障碍,但智力发育正常。我国关于DCD的研究较少,尚未引起重视,而DCD儿童如果不进行及时干预治疗,会产生诸多继发性障碍。本文采用文献资料法,归纳分析了DCD产生的生理、心理机制及社会学因素、临床常用评估方法,并研究了运动干预对改善DCD儿童动作控制能力、协调能力、平衡能力等的效果,提出应尽早对DCD儿童进行筛选、诊断,并采用趣味性较强、形式多样的运动干预方式进行有效干预。Children＇s developmental coordination disorder （DCD） was a developmental dysfunction. Children with DCD＇had coordination disorder in motor skills, but had normal intelligence development. There was less researchs on DCD in China, which did not attract attention yet. However, children with DCD would get a lot of secondary dysfunctions without timely intervene. In this article, we summarized and analyzed the physiological and psychological mechanism of DCD, sociological factors and common clinical evaluation methods using document and information method. We also studied the effect of exercise intervention on improving the motor control ability, coordination ability and balance ability of children with DCD. We suggested that children with DCD should be screened and diagnosed as early as possible, and intervened effectively using more interesting and diverse physical training interference.
