摘　　要：基层社区公共体育服务的信息化供给是个复杂的系统工程,引入现代比较经济学中著名的DIM(决策、信息、动力)分析方法,利用DIM分析理论重新设计基层社区公共体育服务的决策、信息、动力结构,使基层社区公共体育服务信息化供给机制的研究更具科学性和针对性。分别根据DIM分析理论D(决策)结构、I(信息)结构和M(动力)结构的核心观点,对基层社区公共体育服务信息化供给的决策模块、信息网络和动力机制进行了探讨,并在理论分析的基础之上,结合计算机科学知识,从技术角度尝试对新构建的三大结构作系统功能框架和结构上的初步设计;基于社区门户网站的信息化服务系统平台实现信息的对接和公共体育服务的资源共享,提高政府信息管理和在线服务的水平;通过公共体育服务信息化监督系统实现与决策咨询、信息化公共体育服务平台的信息交互,对公共体育服务的决策和执行环节进行在线民主监督,提升公共体育服务信息化供给的满意度。The information platform of grass-roots community public sports service supply is a complex systems engineering,introducing modern comparative economics famous DIM（decision,information,power）analysis method,with the DIM analysis theory to design the grassroots community public sports service decision,information,power structure,grass-roots community public sports service information supply mechanism research more scientific and targeted.According to the DIM theory of D（decision）structure,I（information）and M（dynamic）core structure,the grass-roots community public sports service supply information decision module,information network and dynamic mechanism are discussed,and on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with computer science knowledge,tries to make a preliminary design the function frame of the system and structure of the three structure of the new construction from the angle of technology;realize the sharing of information and docking of public sports service information service platform of government portal website based on the resources,improve the government information management and online service level;through the implementation and decision-making consultation system of public sports service information supervision system.Information public sports service platform of information interaction,the decision-making and implementation of public sports services online democratic supervision,in order to enhance the satisfaction of public sports service information supply.
