摘 要:随着网络运行维护复杂程度的上升和成本支出的提高,用户体验效果不佳、服务质量难以度量等问题逐渐凸显。如果采用完整、全面的质量指标体系进行网络服务质量评价,无疑会大量增加运营商成本,造成浪费的同时,网络效率也会大大降低。在网络拓扑稳定已知的条件下,根据质量和效率相平衡的原则,给出了网络服务质量指标的采集测量与分析方法,提出了一种低复杂度的服务质量指标监测模型。根据三层度量指标体系进行了监测模型的评价分析,并对关键指标进行采集和计算,结果表明了质量指标模型和监测方法的有效性和准确性,从而确保在满足基本业务要求的前提下,使各类性能参数指标的选取和数据的采集监测方法更为贴近用户的实际感受。With the gradual expansion of network coverage, network operation maintenance becomes more and more complex. In order to reduce the cost of operators and increase the efficiency of the network, in network topology stability conditions, the acquisition measurement and analysis methods of the network service quality index are presented based on the principle of quality and efficiency. A service quality index monitoring model with low complexity is proposed. The monitoring model based on the three layer measurement index system is evaluated and analyzed, and the key indices are collected and calculated. The results show the effectiveness and accuracy of the model and the method, and verify that the method can ensure that, under the premise of meeting the basic requirements of the busi- ness, the selection method of various performance parameters and the data acquisition and monitoring method are close to the user's actual experience.
