摘  要:研究了用峭度分析法和时域指标来诊断滚动轴承。首先,对轴承信号进行等间隔不同频段带通滤波算出每段信号的峭度值;其次,通过峭度值最大准则确定故障特征信息的频段,再将其确定的频段范围作为滤波器参数;最后,通过计算滤波后的时域指标来诊断滚动轴承。试验结果表明,用这种方法确定的频带范围是合理的,可以提高诊断的准确率。The application of time domain index and kurtosis ing bearing is studied. Firstly, the kurtosis values of each signals analysis method in the fault diagnosis of rollare obtained by equi -spaced and different frequency band - pass filter of bearing signals. Secondly, through the maximum principle of kurtosis value, the frequency band of the fault diagnosis is determined, and then the frequency range is determined as the filter parameters. Finally, by calculating the time domain index of filter to diagnose the rolling bearing. The test results show that the frequency band range obtained through this way is reasonable, which will also improve the rate of diagnosis accuracy.
