摘 要:基于生态位态势理论,建立了引入"态"和"势"参数的上下游研发单位技术共享演化博弈模型。研究表明,研发单位采取技术共享的行为策略与其各自的"态"值和"势"值密切相关。在研发单位"态"值和"势"值减小到一定的程度的条件下,技术共享成本系数、共享收益与额外收益之差、"态"和"势"参数、额外收益、协同收益系数以及收益分配系数对研发团队技术意愿具有很大影响。最后,引入资源整合机制、激励机制以及信任机制来提高上下游研发单位的技术共享意愿。On the basis of the niche ecostate-ecorole theory, it built the technology sharing evolutionary game model with the "ecostate" and "ecorole" parameter introduced in up-down stream R&D units. According to the game analysis, the strategies of technology sharing chose by R&D units have close relationship with respective "ecostate" and "ec- orole" parameter. On the condition of "ecostate" and "ecorole" parameter is reduced to a certain in R&D units, technology sharing cost factor, the difference of revenue sharing and additional benefits, "ecostate" and "ecorole" par- ameter, additional benefits, co-benefits coefficient and income distribution coefficient have influence of the intentions of technology sharing of R&D units. The intentions of technology sharing of R&D units can be improved by the construction of resource integration mechanism, incentives and trust mechanism.
