摘　　要：随着我国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化总要求的不断推进,政府向社会力量购买公共服务逐步兴起并日渐成熟。在全国铺开的政府购买公共服务的浪潮中,民族地区由于其自身政治、经济、文化、社会各方面的特殊性以及民族地区民众对公共服务的特殊需求,民族地区政府购买公共服务出现购买主体动力不足、社会组织能力有限、供给与需求的契合度不高等问题。只有建立健全政府购买服务的相关法律制度、构建更具活力的政府购买公共服务的资金支出机制、培育适应民族地区特殊性的社会组织等,方为优化民族地区政府购买公共服务的可行路径。With the development of our country＇s national governance system, government purchases of public services have now become more and more sound. In the nationwide trend of developing government purchases of public services, problems merged in the minority concentrated region, which include purchasing power shortage, limited social organization and imbalance between supply and demand. To solve these problems, we must establish and perfect legal system, build flexible capital expenditure mechanism and develop well-fitted social organization.
