中医药高等院校养老与健康相关专业及研究机构设置调查分析

摘　　要：高等中医药院校涉及养老与健康的专业设置、人才培养、科学研究等方面，呈现出相关专业少、人才规模小；人才培养缺乏多元化，尚未形成合理人才培养的格局；研究机构少、研究方向单一等特点。建议高等中医药院校应以市场为导向，增设养老与健康相关专业，扩大人才培养规模；拓宽中医药人才培养渠道，探索高等中医药院校人才培养的多样化、多元化模式；增设与养老、健康相关的研究机构，拓展养老、健康相关的研究领域，以满足老龄化社会对中医药人才和科学研究的实际需求。The pension and health professional setting, personnel training, scientific research and other aspects that higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities revolved show some problems like less related majors and small talent scale. Additional, talent training is not enough diversity that there hasn＇t formed a scientific talent training pattern and scientific research just has a single direction. It suggested that the higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities take the market as the guidance, adding the pension and health related professions, expanding the scale of talent training, widening the channels of cultivating talents of Chinese medicine and exploring the pluralism and diversification of the higher Chinese medical colleges and universities＇ talent training. What＇s more, in order to meeting the actual demand of aging to the talents of Chinese medicine and scientific research, it is a must to broaden the related areas of pension and health as well as improve the scientific research innovation ability of the higher Chinese medical colleges and universities.
