利培酮结合达营片对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨利培酮结合达营片对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法采用随机、双盲、对照的方法，将符合入选标准的120例精神分裂症患者随机分为达营片组58例，对照组62例，分别予以利培酮结合达营片和利培酮结合安慰剂治疗。2组均治疗12周。分别于治疗前、治疗后4、8、12周时，采用自拟中医证候量表及健康状况问卷（SF-36）对患者临床证候及生活质量进行评价。结果治疗后，达营片组中医证候量表评分[（38．03±5-37）分比（43．93±8．35），t=4．051]低于对照组（P〈0．01）：社交功能评分[（68．39±10．21）分比（62．70±15．89）分，t=2．843]、健康变化自评分[（2.36±0．77）分比（2．75±0．75）分，t=-2．138]、躯体健康总评分[（74．86±15．89）分比（74．00±15．34）分，t=2．197]、精神健康总评分[（66．35±16．79）分比（60．86±15．17）分，t=2．600]高于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论利培酮结合达营片可改善精神分裂症患者生活质量。Objective To explore the Daying tablet on the quality of life of the patients with Schizophrenia. Methods A total of 120 patients with Schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups, the Daying tablet group （n=58） and the placebo group （n=62）. All the patients were given the risperidone as the basic treatment, and the Daying tablet group were given the Daying tablets, but the control group placebo. All the patients were treated for 12 weeks. Clinical effects were evaluated with traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale. The the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey （SF-36） were measured at the baseline and 12th week after treatment to evaluate the quality of life. Results By the end of 12 weeks, the difference of two groups was significant in traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale （P〈0.05）. There were significant difference in the scores of SF-36 （68.39 ± 10.21 vs. 62.70± 15.89, t=-2.843）, health transitions （2.36 ± 0.77 vs. 2.75 ±0.75, r=--2.138）, physical component summary （74.86 ±15.89 vs. 74.00 ± 15.34, t=-2.197）, mental component summary （66.35 ± 16.79 vs. 60.86± 15.17, t=2.6） after treatment between the Daying tablet group and the placebo group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusions The Daying tablet combined with risperidone could benefit Schizophrenia patients and improve their quality of life.
