摘  要:目的分析金蟾膏中化学成分,为其质量控制提供理论依据。方法采用薄层色谱法对金蟾膏处方主要药物进行定性鉴别;借助傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、气相色谱一质谱联用分析、裂解气相色谱质谱联用分析、顶空气相色谱质谱联用、能量色散X射线能谱、X射线衍射分析、热失重分析检测金蟾膏中化学成分。结果薄层色谱检出金蟾膏中有巴豆、乳香、蓖麻子药材;金蟾膏中初步检出蛋白、油脂、维生素、抗氧剂300、角鲨烯、双氢可待因、二氧化硅、铅粉、氢氧化铝等。结论薄层色谱法简单可行,重复性好,斑点清晰;不同分析方法可表征金蟾膏中化学成分,为该制剂的剂型改革奠定应用基础,为外用膏剂的质量控制提供参考。Objective To identify an chemical composition analysis of the spittor. Methods The main components of the spittor cream was identified by TLC. And the chemical composition of the spittor cream was tested by FTIR, GC-MS, PY-GC/MS, HS/GC/MS, EDS, XRD and TGA. Results Croton, frankincense, castor bean were main components which were detected in the spittor cream by TLC. The protein, vegetable oils or animal fat, vitamin A, antioxidant 300, squalene, dihydrocodeine, silica, lead powder, and aluminum hydroxide were also detected. Conclusions The TLC method was simple, feasible and reproducible, and the spots were clear. Chemical composition of the spittor cream were characterized by a variety of methods, which lay a foundation for improvement and quality control of plaster preparation for external use.
