摘　　要：氮气压缩机J62103C在试车过程中,出现电流超额定值、电流波动大等问题,公司人员同制造商沟通分析,分别对气阀升程、弹簧力、气缸流通面积、飞轮矩等进行了改进试验,逐一排查,最终使设备正常满负荷开车。When the nitrogen compressor J62103C in the process of testing, the problems of current exceeded ratings, serious current fluctuation and others occurred. Communicated and analyzed with the manufacture, a series of improvements and tests on valve lift, spring force, cylinder flowing area and flywheel moment were carried out, and the equipment operated normally with full loads finally.
