摘 要:目的研究该地区儿童肿瘤分布特征及流行病学的情况,结合环境因素进行相关的发病因素调查。方法对某院2006年1月-2015年l2月住院肿瘤患儿,按性别、年龄、恶性肿瘤的组织类型、市区分布与肿瘤儿童的父母职业暴露,家庭环境及官方环境数据情况进行分析,用客观数据分析与儿童肿瘤存在可能的环境相关因素。结果儿童肿瘤病例共2671例,其中良性肿瘤1932例,恶性肿瘤677例,良性肿瘤以血管瘤为主,恶性肿瘤以白血病为主;家庭职业调查发现,血管瘤患儿父母在妊期内有油漆、汽油、染料等化工原料密切接触史,比例占60.42%,母亲妊期曾使用黄体酮类的保胎药物史的占10.11%;患白血病患儿家庭患病前有家庭室内新装修的比例为50.03%。不同区域患儿的肿瘤发病率,与政府公布的工业化数据呈正相关系。结论肿瘤发生和环境因素有密切的关系。加强卫生宣教,降低环境污染物的排放及工厂的合理布局及协调,是目前降低儿童肿瘤发病率的有效方法。Objectives To study the distribution characteristics and epidemiology of children in the area, and investigate the relevant risk factors combined with environmental factors. Methods To conduct analysis on the factors of hospitalized children with tumor in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2015 in aspects such as sex, age,tumor histological type, urban distribution and tumor in children of parental occupational exposure, family environment and the official environmental data, and analyze possible environmental factors related to childhood tumors with objective data. Results A total of 2671 children with tumor cases, including 1932 cases of benign tumors, 677 cases of malignant tumors. Benign tumors were mainly composed of hemangioma,and malignant tumors were leukemia. The family occupational survey found hemangioma in children with parents in pregnancy with history of close contact with paint, gasoline, dyes and other chemical raw materials, accounted for 60.4%, mother pregnancy had the use of progesterone drugs miscarriage history was about 10.11%, in families of children with leukemia patients before sicken with the proportion of new home interior decoration 50.03%. The incidence of tumor in children with different regions was positively correlated with the industrial data released by the government.Conclusions This study showed that there was a close relationship between the environmental factors and the environmental factors. It was an effective way to reduce the incidence of cancer in children by strengthening health education, reducing the discharge of environmental pollutants and the reasonable distribution and coordination of factories.
