摘  要:目的:了解儿童注意缺陷多动障碍与发中砷、汞、硒、铅元素含量的关系,为预防儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的发生提供科学依据。方法:选择两所具有代表性的小学全体在校生进行筛查,并根据美国精神病学协会制定的《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》修订版进行诊断,确诊104名注意缺陷多动障碍儿童为观察组,选取同校其他同性别、年龄相差小于2岁的相互间无血缘关系的104名健康儿童为对照组,统一进行发样采集,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对元素砷、汞、硒、铅进行分析。结果:观察组儿童发中铅、砷的含量高于对照组儿童(P<0.05),观察组砷异常人数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童发中砷、铅元素的含量与注意缺陷多动障碍的发生相关,今后在预防儿童注意缺陷多动障碍时应关注各元素的平衡。Objective: To explore the effect of As,Hg,Pb and Se elements in the hair on attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder( ADHD),and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of ADHD. Methods: All students in two typical primary schools in Baotou,Inner Mongolia were selected. Screening and diagnosis were performed according to the Mental Disorder Diagnostic and Statistical Manual Revision Edition( DSM-IV)established by American Psychiatric Association. 104 children confirmed as ADHD were in the observation group,while another 104 children with the same gender,who were less than 2-year younger or older but had no blood relationship with them in the same school were as the control group.Hair samples of the two groups were collected and then elements of As,Hg,Pb and Se were analyzed by atomic fluorescence photometric meter.Results: The contents of Pb and As in group of ADHD were higher than that of the normal group( P〈0. 05),and the number of children with As element abnormal in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The content of Pb and As elements in children's hair is correlated with the occurrence of ADHD,therefor the balance of different elements should be paid much attention to prevent ADHD of children.
