包头市青山区空巢老人社区护理需求调查

摘　　要：目的:了解包头市青山区空巢老人社区护理需求情况及其影响因素,为进一步提高空巢老人的生存质量提供科学依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,用自制问卷对包头市青山区48个社区547名空巢老人进行调查。结果:生病时,需要护士上门护理者占76.2%,需要社区紧急事故的救护者占80.1%,需要常用急救药物的使用指导者占79.7%,需要定期体检者占81.0%,需要健康宣教者占73.9%;年龄、文化程度、职业、经济收入、医疗保险、慢性病患病情况是包头市青山区空巢老人社区卫生护理需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:空巢老人的社区护理的实际需求高,卫生行政部门和社区卫生服务中心应加大力度为空巢老人提供多形式、全方位的社区护理服务,来满足空巢老人的社区护理需求,提高空巢老人的生存质量。Objective： To investigate the nursing demands of empty nester community and its influencing factors in Qingshan district of Baotou city,which will provide scientific basis for improving life quality of the empty nest elderly. Methods： Cluster random sampling was adopted to investigate 547 empty nesters in 48 communities of Qingshan district with self-made questionnaire. Results： The statistical results showed that76. 2 % of the empty nest elderly needed home nursing when they were sick,while 80. 1% of all needed community emergency nursing; the number of the empty nesters who needed the guide for the use of commonly used emergency medicine accounted for 79. 7 % while the number of the ones who needed regular physical examination was 81. 0 %; 73. 9 % of all needed the education of preventing elderly chronic disease. What ＇s more,the nursing demands of the empty nesters in Qingshan district of Baotou had been influenced by age,degree of education,occupation,income,medical insurance,and chronic disease prevalence. Conclusion： The actual nursing demands of the empty nest elderly in community are relatively high,so that the health administrative department and the community health service center should intensify efforts to provide various community nursing service,in order to satisfy the nursing needs of them and to improve their quality of life.
