摘  要:随着中国汽车产业向新能源汽车战略转型,插电式混合动力车型(PHEV)销量迅速攀升,但其认证油耗的真实性和可靠性受到社会舆论的广泛质疑。通过对比中美PHEV能耗指标计算方法、电耗折算方法及能耗标签等方面的现状,总结出中国PHEV能耗评价体系存在直接沿用欧盟标准及能耗标识标准落后等问题。为中国政府主管部门对于PHEV能耗水平评估方式和能耗标识标准的修订完善,以及确定中国车辆利用系数和科学评价综合能耗等提供意见。Along with Chinese automobile industry strategic transition into the new energy cars, PHEV sales is rising rapidly, but its authenticity and reliability of the certification fuel consumption was widely questioned by public opinion. Some problems for China PHEV energy consumption evaluation system are existed, including direct use EU regulations, energy consumption label falling behind through making the comparison between China and U.S. for PHEV energy consumption index calculation method, power consumption conversion method and energy consumption label, which will propose the suggestions for the amendment of PHEV energy consumption and energy consumption label regulations, and for determining Chinese vehicle utility factor and scientific energy consumption evaluation.
