摘　　要：探讨原发扁桃体恶性淋巴瘤临床特点、诊断及治疗。分析2000-2013年收治的12例原发扁桃体恶性淋巴瘤的临床资料。12病例中,T细胞来源2例,B细胞来源10例,随访5年,1例放弃治疗,1例全身转移死亡,10例5年内无复发。结果表明:扁桃体恶性淋巴瘤以B细胞来源非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)为主,临床表现缺乏特异性,误诊率高,采用放化疗结合的综合治疗方法预后较好。Clinical features diagnosis and treatment of tonsil malignant lymphoma are probed into in this article. Twelve cases of tonsil malignant lymphoma from 2000 to 2013 are analyzed, among which there are two cases of T cell origin （ 16.7% ） and ten cases of B cell origin （ 83.3% ） , and in the following five years, treatment was given up in one case, death was caused by systemic metastasis in one case, and there are no recurrences in ten cases. The result shows that tonsil malignant lymphoma mainly originates from B cell non-Hodgkin＇ s lymphoma, whose clinical manifestation lacks type-specific, with a high rate of misdiagnosis and the comprehensive therapy with radiotherapy and chemotherapy works better in the prognosis.
