高校学报特色化道路可持续发展之困

摘　　要：高校学报正面临着内涵转型以及可持续发展的危机,这种危机在期刊体制改革以及数字出版的背景下更为突出。高校学报为应对这种发展危机选择了以"特色栏目"为主要表现形式的"特色化"之路。但在特色化发展的道路上面临着突出的问题,主要表现为特色栏目影响力乏弱以及缺乏与现实的互动而没有形成生产力等问题。究其原因,主要在于在开办特色栏目的过程中没有从学术的高度进行学术评判以及高校学报编辑群体的惰性。为了突破这种困境,高校学报应首先破解学术视野的狭窄以及在选稿、组稿过程中编辑主动性、开放性以及创造性的发挥。University journals are confronted with the crisis of transformation in connotation and predicament in sustainable characteristic construction. The crisis and predicament are especially salient against the background of journal system reform and digital publishing. In tackling the crisis and predicament, university journals choose characteristic column as the major form of their characteristic construction. However, problems remain in their characteristic construction. The columns＇ lack of influence and the journals＇ lack of productivity due to its lack of interaction with the reality are the major ones. The underlying causes include the lack of academic assessment for the columns and the editors＇ tardiness. To break through the predicament and dissolve the crisis, it is essential for the journals to broaden academic horizon and for the editors to work initiatively, open-mindedly and creatively.
