摘  要:目的探讨雷珠单抗眼内注射治疗湿性老年黄斑变性(w AMD)的效果。方法选取2012年1月~2015年1月我院收治入院的92例(100眼)w AMD患者,采用雷珠单抗眼内注射治疗,记录患者治疗前、治疗后1、3、6及12个月最佳矫正视力、眼压、光学相干断层成像、吲哚青绿脉络膜血管造影、多焦ERG的数据资料,评估雷珠单抗治疗w AMD的临床效果。结果经OCT测量治疗前黄斑中央厚度(CMT)与治疗后1、3、6、12个月比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后12个月41只眼渗漏停止,已无渗漏增加;治疗前渗漏面积为(11.34±6.10)mm^2,治疗后3、6、12个月分别为(9.77±5.77)mm^2、(8.76±5.46)mm^2、(6.80±4.88)mm^2,治疗后眼底渗漏面积均明显减小,且与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用雷珠单抗治疗w AMD患者可有效减轻黄斑水肿,改善患者视力,不良反应少。Objective To explore the effects of Ranibizumab intraocular injection in treating wet age-related macular degeneration(w AMD).Methods 92(100 eyes) patients with w AMD in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and used Ranibizumab intraocular injection.Data of best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure,optical coherence tomography,indocyanine green choroidal angiography and multi focus ERG were recorded before treatment and after treatment for 1 month,3,6 and 12 months.The clinial effects of Ranibizumab in treating w AMD were evaluated.Results Before treatment,central macular thickness(CMT) by using OCT measurement had statistical significance compared with CMT that after treatment for 1 month,3,6 and 12 months(P〈0.01).After treatment 12 months,41 eyes stopped to leak fluid,and no more leakage increased.The leakage area before treatment,after treatment for 3,6 and12 months was respectively(11.34±6.10)mm^2,(9.77±5.77)mm^2,(8.76±5.46)mm^2and(6.80±4.88)mm^2,all of the leakage area obvious decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistical significance compared with before treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusion Using Ranibizumab in treating w AMD can alleviate macular edema effectively and improve the vision of patients and with little adverse effects.
