摘 要:目的 探讨以问题-讨论-指导(PDG)的教学法结合以病例为基础的教学法(CBL)应用于内分泌科见习带教中的教学效果。方法 选取中国医科大学120名2013级临床医学五年制专业学生随机分为实验组(60例)与对照组(60例),实验组采用PDG结合CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,于2015年7月~2016年6月分别对两组学生进行内分泌科临床见习教学,实习结束后,通过实践技能测试、满意度问卷调查评价两组教学效果。结果 实验组理论知识和综合能力分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),实验组对教学效果的评价各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 PDG结合CBL教学法应用于内分泌见习教学中的教学效果优于传统教学法,有助于充分调动医学生自主学习的积极性,促进临床思维和实践能力的培养。Objective To investigate the effects of PDG and CBL teaching methods in probationary teaching of endocrinology.Methods A total of 120 students majored in clinical medicine of 2013 grade,China Medical University were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 students in each groups.The students of experimental group were taught with PDG +CBL teaching methods.The students of control group were taught with traditional teaching methods.From July 2015 to June 2016,two groups of students were given endocrinology clinical probation teaching,after the internship,the effect of the two teaching methods was evaluated by theory examination,operation assessment,and questionnaire analysis.Results The theory knowledge,comprehensive abilities in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,with differences were significant(P〈0.01).The experimental group got higher satisfaction in teaching than that of control group,the difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Effects of teaching with combination of PDG and CBL teaching methods have more advantages than the traditional teaching methods in probationary teaching of Endocrinology.
