摘　　要：Mosaic（马赛克）一词源自古希膳,意为＂值得静思,需要耐心的艺术工作＂。这门源自美索不达米亚平原的古老手工,历经古罗马帝国的辉煌再造,流传至今历久弥新。The 17-day Italy FVG Inlay Art Exhibition was held in Qingdao on October 8.As one of the commemorative activities on the 45 th anniversary of China-Italy cultural exchange,the Exhibition was organized by the Institute of Culture of Embassy oi Italy to China.Qingdao People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries,and Qingdao International Culture Association,and co-organized by Qingdao Art Museum and Italy 'FHL' Charitable fund,Qingdao is the first leg of its China tour,and all exhibits are from FVG International School of Inlay Craftsmen,ranging from traditional ancient Rome style to modern originality.The exhibition has comprehensively demonstrated the school's bold attempt in creative themes and adaptation to new materials.
