摘　　要：介绍了锡铬铁产品的优点,其既有镀铬板附着力强、印涂性能好的优点,又有镀锡板可焊性好的优点,不必考虑镀锡板的熔锡问题,可采用较高的烘烤温度,提高印涂生产效率。针对目前我国锡铬铁生产处于刚起步阶段,介绍了锡铬铁生产工艺流程、预处理工艺和电镀工艺特点。The advantages of tin ferrochrome products were introduced,that it not only had strong adhesion and good printing coating performance of chrome plate,but also had good welding ability of tinplate.Therefore,the problem of tin molten of tinplate didn′t be considered,high baking temperature could be used,and the efficiency of coating production was improved.In view of tin ferrochrome production in China at the start-up stage,the tin ferrochrome production process,the pretreatment and electroplating process characteristics were introduced.
