摘 要:胆囊癌(gallbladder carcinoma,GBC)是恶性程度最高的胆道系统肿瘤之一,手术切除是目前唯一能够达到根治效果的治疗手段。但由于缺乏有效的早期诊断办法,高达90%的胆囊癌失去手术根治机会,就算接受手术治疗的患者5年生存率仍然小于5%,非手术治疗患者生存期亦不足1年。目前暂时缺乏有效规范的综合治疗方案,分子靶向治疗可能是GBC治疗新的方向和希望,本文就与GBC分子靶向治疗相关的信号通路和药物做一综述。Gallbladder carcinoma(gallbladder carcinoma,GBC)as a high degree invasion bile duct carcinoma,its currently most effective treatment is surgical resection.Because of the lack of effective early diagnosis methods,up to 90% of the GBC patients lost the chance of surgical treatment,5year survival rate of patients after surgical treatment is less than 5%,non operative treatment patients would survival less than 1years.There is no effective comprehensive treatment program for GBC.Molecular targeted therapy is likely tobe hope and new direction of GBC therapy.In this paper,we summarized the signaling pathway and drug related to the molecular targeted therapy of GBC.
