摘　　要：癌症是严重威胁中国乃至全世界人民生命的常见疾病,深入了解癌症细胞的特征并针对其进行化学预防是干预、延缓癌症发生发展,降低癌症发生率、病死率和改善患者预后的主要策略。分析癌症发展的三个过程,并根据癌症发生发展的不同阶段的特殊性,积极开展癌症化学预防的探索,对于深入研讨癌症的发病机制、增强癌症化学预防的实效性,降低癌症的发生率和死亡率有重要意义。Cancer is one of the common diseases that threat to our country and even the whole world people＇s life.In-depth understanding of cancer character and chemoprevention is the main strategy which can intervene,delay the occurrence and development of cancer,reduce cancer incidence rate or death rate and improve the prognosis of patients.This paper will analyze three cancer development processes and assess cancer chemoprevention strategies according to the particularity of three stages from a philosophical point.It is of great important significance for in-depth discussing of cancer pathogenesis,formulating cancer chemoprevention strategies and reducing cancer incidence and mortality.
