摘 要:实例分析表明,一甲复审成绩与送审成绩存在显著性差异,其原因主要有两个:一是复审与送审所依照的评分标准有所不同,二是测试员对评分标准的把握和执行程度有差异。送审测试员的评分过于宽松是复审成绩低于送审成绩、复审通过率不高的主要原因。为缩小评分差异,保证测试效度和信度,建议从两个方面努力:一是维护评分标准的统一性,二是加强复审测试员专题培训、研讨和交流。Case studies have shown that there are significant differences between submitted scores and review results. The two main reasons are different rating standards, and different raters" implementation of the rating standards. Furthermore, the loose rating of the submitted score is the main reason for the review score being lower than the submitted score. The paper suggests that two issues be considered to narrow the score differences and to guarantee test validity and reliability. One is maintaining the consistency of rating standards; the other is strengthening the training of review raters, related research and communications.
