摘　　要：虢周科教授擅长中医药治疗疑难杂病,其中治疗抽动障碍亦颇有独到之处,临床疗效显著。针对抽动障碍病因病机,提出健脾化痰、补肾柔肝息风、宁心安神、行气解郁四大法则,指导临床治疗抽动障碍。professor Guo Zhouke is an expert in treating difficult diseases with traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment of tic disorders is also quiet originality,and its clinical curative effect is remarkable. For tic disorder etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of tic disorder adopted four principles to guide the clinical treatment of this disease： strengthening the spleen and reducing phlegm,invigorating the kidney and nourishing the liver,calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind,promoting qi circulation and removing obstruction in the collateral.
