角膜缘干细胞联合羊膜移植在复发性翼状胬肉手术中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨角膜缘干细胞联合羊膜移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的手术效果。方法选择2009年1月-2014年1月在我院行复发性翼状胬肉手术患者111例,111眼,其中58例患者采取角膜缘干细胞联合羊膜移植的手术方式,设为研究组（A组）,其余53例患者采取角膜缘干细胞移植的手术方式,设为对照组（B组）,术后随访12-18mo,比较两组患者术后复发率。结果研究组（A组）患者术后复发率1.75%,对照组（B组）患者术后复发率13.2%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论角膜缘干细胞联合羊膜移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉能进一步降低术后复发率。Objetive To explore the surgical efficacy of recurrent pterygium by corneal limbal stem cells and transplantation of amniotic membrane Methods 111 patients（111 eyes） with recurrent pterygium surgery from January 2009 to January 2014 in our hospital were included. 58 cases underwent amniotic membrane transplantation combined with corneal limbal stem cells transplantation（group A） and 53 patients underwent corneal limbus stem cell transplantation（group B）.All patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months and postoperative recurrence rate of two groups was compared. Results The postoperative recurrence rate in patients with group A and group B was 1.75% and 13.2% respectively. It has a significant statistical difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）.Conclusions The operation of transplantation of amniotic membrane and limbal stem cells can further reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
