含热氨融霜的氨速冻系统检验必须关注的要点

摘　　要：近年来,随着速冻水产、速冻肉类食品消费的快速发展,冷冻企业的速冻机数量大幅增加,氨制冷的温度越来越低,并且普遍含热氨融霜系统,而氨制冷系统的设计输入、材料选择、操作要求没有相应提高,低温脆断事故频发。在对氨制冷系统的特种设备进行安装监检和定期检验时,本文就以上三方面要点提出建议。With the development of food consumption on quick-frozen food, there is a sharp increase in instant freezers with lower temperature, which include the system of hot ammonia defrosting. But the design input, material selection and operation requirement of ammonia refrigeration system are not improved, which lead to many low-temperature brittle fracture accidents. Some suggestions are presented for inspection on special equipment of ammonia refrigeration system.
