摘　　要：侦查程序构造也称侦查模式,是侦查程序的核心问题。针对新刑事诉讼法的出台,侦查程序也面临着诸多的问题和挑战。有些关于侦查程序的研究,往往更注重从微观方面分析具体的程序环节,忽略了它作为整个刑事诉讼程序的重要组成部分所应有的品质。本文试图利用"构造"这一概念,以刑事诉讼目的统领下的各种主体及相互关系为研究的框架和重心。通过比较各国侦查程序构造的异同及我国侦查程序构造的缺陷,提出对侦查程序的科学构想。The structure of investigation procedure is also called investigation mode, which is the core of the investigation procedure. For the introduction of the new criminal procedure law, the investigation procedure also faces many problems and challenges. There are some researches on the investigation procedure, which tend to pay more attention to the concrete procedure link from the microscopic aspect, and neglect it as the important part of the whole criminal procedure. This paper attempts to use the concept of ＂construction＂, the main body and the relationship between the various subjects under the guidance of criminal procedure as the research framework and focus. By comparing the similarities and differences in the structure of criminal procedure in various countries and the defects of the structure of the investigation procedure in our country, the scientific conception of the criminal investigation procedure is put forward.
