摘 要:目的:探讨分阶段给予孕期营养补充剂对雌鼠妊娠、哺乳阶段体质及繁殖能力的影响。方法:以成年雌鼠为研究对象,按人体推荐日摄入量计算,以等效剂量的0.5倍、1倍、2倍分为低、中、高3个剂量组为实验组,于妊娠第1天开始分别连续6d灌胃,补充孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期3种营养补充剂;以等量溶媒安慰剂灌胃为溶媒对照组,以正常孕鼠为正常对照组;对比观察母鼠妊娠期、哺乳期的体重和血红蛋白水平(HGB)变化及繁殖能力。结果:实验各组母鼠妊娠期、哺乳期,以及离乳1周的体重除分娩次日外均高于对照组(P<0.05);HGB也较对照组增高(P<0.05),高剂量组除孕晚期外均较对照组有极显著差异(P<0.01);实验各组胚胎总数和正常胚胎数与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05),但中剂量组和高剂量组异常胚胎数明显减少(P<0.05);高剂量组产仔数高于对照组(P<0.05),哺乳21d中剂量组仔鼠存活率较对照组明显增加(P<0.05);离乳1周仔鼠存活率中剂量组较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:孕期分阶段给予营养补充剂可增强雌鼠妊娠期和哺乳期体质,提高其繁殖能力。Objective: To study the effect of nutritional supplements on reproduction ability and physique of mice during pregnancy and lactation period. Method: Based on the dose of human intake, the pregnant mice were divided into three groups, which were given equivalent nutritional supplements dosage in 0.5 times, 1 times and 2 times, respectively. That was mice were divided in low dose group (0.5 times), middle does group(1 times) and high dose group(2 times). From first day of pregnancy, the pregnant mice in experimental group were given 3 kinds of nutritional supplement for 6 days by garage. The pregnant mice given equal menstruum by gavage were in menstruum control group, and the pregnant mice without any treatment were in normal control group. The weight, hemoglobin and reproductive perform- ance of mice during pregnant and lactation were compared in the three groups. Result: The weight and hemoglobin of mice in experimental group during pregnancy, lactation and one week after stop bleeding were significantly higher than those of the mice in control group except the delivery day (P〈 0.05). And hemoglobin of mice in high does group reached a very significant high level except the third trimester of pregnancy. There was no significant difference in the total number of embryos and normal embryos between the experimental groups and the control groups(P〈0.05), but the number of abnormal embryos in middle dose group and high dose group were significantly decreased(P〈0.05). The rate of live birth, survival rate of baby mice at the 21 day bleeding and survival rate of baby mice after one week without bleeding in high dose group were significantly higher than those of mice in control groups (P〈0.05). Conclu- sion: The physical of female mice during pregnancy and lactation period and their reproductive performance will signifi- cantly be promoted by taking nutritional supplements.
