摘 要:在精密加工中,往往要对一些圆孔的位置等几何参数进行检测。鉴于传统方式接触性和人工耗时等缺点,本文提出一种基于立体视觉的图像测量方法。采用数字图像处理方法,通过对孔板图像的去噪、二值化、边缘提取、sift匹配、中心定位等数字化处理,分析圆孔加工及排布的精度。实验结果表明,所提出的图像测量方法的距离测量测量误差小于0.14mm,能够满足圆孔的一般精度测量要求,适用于测量精度要求不是很高的在线测量以及检测对象量大的任务中。In the precision machining, the geometric parameters such as the position of the circular hole are often used to detect.In view of the shortcomings of traditional methods such as contact and time-consuming, this paper proposes an image measurement method based on stereo vision.Using digital image processing method, through the orifice plate image to denoising, binary, edge detection and sift matching, center positioning digital processing and analysis processing and arrangement of hole accuracy.Experimental results show that the proposed image measurement method of distance measurement error less than 0.14mm, can satisfy the hole general measurement accuracy requirements, applicable to measurement accuracy requirements are not very high real-time measurement and large quantity of object detection task.
