米氏凯伦藻的培养条件及其抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶和血管紧张素I-转换酶活性的研究

摘  要:通过对米氏凯伦藻实验室培养条件中初始pH值、接种量、培养温度、光照等因素进行研究,探讨米氏凯伦藻的适宜培养条件,并对培养的米氏凯伦藻提取物进行抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶和血管紧张素I-转换酶(ACE)活性实验。结果表明,米氏凯伦藻的适宜培养条件为:初始pH值为7,接种量为100∶10,培养温度为30℃/25℃(昼/夜),光照强度为3500Lx。其水提物在浓度为8mg·mL^(-1)时对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率为34.1%,在浓度为100mg·mL^(-1)时对ACE的抑制率为19.7%,具有一定的抑制活性。The culture conditions of Karenia mikimotoi were studied such as initial pH,inoculation amount,culture temperature and intensity of illumination.The optimum conditions were as follows:initial pH was 7,inoculation amount was 100∶10,culture temperature was 30℃/25℃(day/night)and the intensity of illumination was3500 Lx.In addition,the inhibitory activity onα-glucosidase of the water extract at the concentration of 8 mg·mL-(-1) has inhibitory rate of 34.1%,and the inhibitory rate of the water extract on angiotensin I-converting enzyme(ACE)were 19.7% at the concentration of 100mg·mL-(-1),which showed that the water extract from the Karenia mikimotoi had some inhibitory activity.
