碘125粒子植入术联合去甲斑蝥酸钠治疗原发性肝癌

摘　　要：目的探讨碘125粒子植入术联合去甲斑蝥酸钠治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法将枣庄市肿瘤医院2010年6月至2015年6月期间收治的120例原发性肝癌随机分成两组,均行碘125粒子植入治疗,其中60例于术后加用去甲斑蝥酸钠静脉滴注14 d,作为治疗组;另60例患者术后常规对症支持治疗,作为对照组。随访1~60个月。术后30、60 d分别检测两组患者各项生化、免疫指标。结果治疗组临床缓解率高,血清血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）、甲胎蛋白（AFP）降低显著,肝功能明显改善,T淋巴细胞亚群CD4、CD8检测指标高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论碘125粒子植入术联合去甲斑蝥酸钠治疗原发性肝癌,临床疗效显著,值得进一步研究。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of iodine-125 seed implantation combined with disodium norcantharidate in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods 120 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups and underwent iodine-125 seed implantation,60 patients were given disodium norcantharidate 20 mg / d and treated 14 days,as the treatment group; other 60 cases of postoperative routine symptomatic and supportive treatment,as the control group. With 1-60 month follow-up. All patients were detected with biochemical,immunological indicators respectively in 30 days and 60 days after operation. Results The clinical remission rate,serum VEGF concentration was significantly lower,AFP significantly reduced,liver function improved significantly,T lymphocyte subsets group CD4,CD8 detection index higher,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the iodine-125 seed implantation combined with disodium norcantharidate treatment of primary liver cancer,the clinical effect is significant and worth futher studying.
