摘　　要：当前,我国处于城镇化发展的关键阶段,以预制装配式住宅为标志的住宅工业化成为建筑工业化发展的主要方向。文章以济南市港新园项目预制装配式住宅建设为例,论述预制装配式住宅建设的灌浆技术及应急预案,并基于施工现场出现的问题和难点对灌浆技术进行优化,为今后装配整体式结构体系的产业化施工提供参考。China is now in the critical stage of urbanization, and housing industrialization symbolized by fabricated housing has become the main orientation for construction industrialization. With construction of fabricated housing of Gangxin Park, Jinan City as example, this paper discussed grouting technology and emergency plan for construction of fabricated housing and carried out optimization for the grouting technology on the basis of problems and difficulties occurred in construction site so as to provide reference for industrialized construction of integral fabricated structural system.
