摘　　要：全民阅读与学习型社会在我国已经经历了数十年的发展,在各自领域都产生了巨大作用,但是人力资源的建设需要两者共同合作发展。文章通过系统动力学基模分析,发现两者的共同之处,使两者能够有效契合,形成一个合作系统,相互促进并且共同发展。In our country,nationwide reading and learning society have developed for tens years,and play an important role in their own field. However, the construction of human resources needs the cooperation and development of the two. This paper finds the common of nationwide reading and learning society through system dynamics analysis,so they have effective correspond and form a cooperative system,which makes them support each other and develop together.
