摘　　要：介绍了澳大利亚国企改革的最新进展 ,分析了澳大利亚企改革对中国改革的借鉴作用。尽管澳中两国在许多方面不同 ,但是澳大利亚国有经济私有化中许多有争论的问题在中国改革中也存在 。This paper has two objectives. The first is to outline some recent developments in the reform of public enterprises in Australia. The second is to examine whether there are lessons from Australia's experience for China. While there are several differences between Australia and China, it will be suggested that various issues of the privatization debate in Australia are relevant to China's reform experience.
