摘　　要：目的总结脑膜淋巴瘤的MRI影像特征,提高对该病的认识及放射科医生诊断的准确率。方法回顾分析病理证实且经影像观察基于脑膜生长的5例淋巴瘤患者的MRI影像表现及临床资料。结果本组5例除颞部外,其他大脑镰及小脑幕存在部位均可发生,MRI显示T_1WI及T_2WI信号偏等,增强扫描示肿瘤明显均匀或欠均匀强化,CT表现稍高密度,未见出血、钙化。结论脑膜淋巴瘤病理亚型可为黏膜相关性淋巴组织(MALT)淋巴瘤、浆细胞瘤、间变性大细胞瘤,极易被误诊为脑膜瘤、血管周细胞瘤等,颅骨破坏方式及强化特点等可能提示脑膜淋巴瘤,确诊需依赖于病理结果及免疫组织化学分析。Objective To describethe MRI features of meningeal lymphoma. Methods The clinical records and MRI of 5patients with histologically confirmed meningeal lymphoma were reviewed..Results The tumor involved the temporal meninges,cerebral falx or tentorium with T1 and T2isointensities and marked contrast enhancement..The lesions were slightly dense on CT without bleeding or calcification. Conclusion Meningeal lymphoma including mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma,plasma cell tumors,.and anaplastic large cell tumors can simulate meningiomas and pericytomas..Skull destruction and contrast enhancement pattern may raise the suspicion of lymphoma. Histology and immune phenotype are necessary for diagnosis.
