摘  要:目的探讨谷胱甘肽转硫酶基因多态性与溃疡性结肠炎的关系。方法选择78例溃疡性结肠炎患者作为病例组,同期选择健康体检者78例作为对照组。2组均进行谷胱甘肽转硫酶基因GSTM1和GSTT1的检测与分析,同时进行发病风险分析。结果 GSTM1(-)和GSTT1(-)纯合子基因型在病例组中分布频率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合分析表明病例组中携带GSTM1(-)和GSTT1(-)纯合子基因型者发生溃疡性结肠炎的危险性高于GSTM1(+)和GSTT1基因型(+)纯合子的个体,也高于单独GSTM1(-)或GSTT1(-)的杂合子个体。结论谷胱甘肽转硫酶基因多态性与吴忠地区人群溃疡性结肠炎存在明显相关性,并且GSTM1(-)和GSTT1(-)纯合子基因型者更加容易发生溃疡性结肠炎。Objective To explore the relationship of glutathione S -transferase gene polymorphism and ulcerative colitis in the certain population. Methods 78 ulcerative colitis patients were included in case group, and selected 78 healthy people at the same time as the control group,two groups were carried glutathione trans -sulfuration gene GSTM1 and GSTY1 detection and analysis, as well as were carried the risk analysis. Results The GSTM1 ( - ) and GSTT1 ( - ) genotype in case group were higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Combining analysis showed that the GSTM1 ( - ) and GSq'T1 ( - ) genotype ulcerative dangerous in the case group were higher than GSTM1 ( + ) and GSTT1 genotype ( + ) (P 〈0.05) ,and were also higher than the GSTM1 ( - ) and GSTY1 ( - ) a- lone (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Glutathione S -transferase gene polymorphism in the certain population has significant correlation be- tween the presence of ulcerative colitis,and the GSTM1 homozygous genotype ( - ) and GSTrl ( - ) can increase ulcerative colitis sus- ceptibility.
