摘  要:为了对远程预警系统性能进行全面评估,提出了结合模糊模型与云理论的评估方法.首先利用层次分析法把复杂评估过程分成若干层次,利用云理论解决了定性指标的评估问题,再采用模糊模型解决了部分定量指标的评估问题,通过两类指标的综合评估,实现了对远程预警系统的合理评估.评估实例分析表明,评估方法能客观地评估远程预警系统性能,具有一定的实用性和适用性.To comprehensively evaluate the performance of remote early warning system,combination evaluation method of fuzzy model and the cloud theory has been proposed.First use of analytic hierarchy process to complex evaluation process is divided into several levels,then using the theory of cloud to solve the problem of the qualitative index of the evaluation,and combining with fuzzy model solve the problem of some quantitative indexes of evaluation.Final,by two kinds of combination of qualitative and quantitative index comprehensive evaluation,completed a reasonable assessment of remote warning systems by combining qualitative and quantitative index.Through analyzing evaluation showed that this method can objectively evaluate the remote early warning system performance and has certain practicability and applicability.
