摘　　要：南宋宋慈所著的《洗冤集录》是我国现存最早的一部比较系统的法医学专著。该书记述了法医检验的准则和要求、各种死伤的鉴别、保辜和急救等内容,留下了许多典型的案例和宝贵的方剂。决狱理刑事关人之直枉屈伸乃至生死,司法工作者只有通晓检验知识而审慎检验,才能真正达到洗冤泽物的效果目的。审慎严谨是尸伤检验工作当然的根本准则,详察细辨是尸伤检验工作必备的务实态度,精研明断是尸伤检验工作应有的求真精神。《洗冤集录》对尸伤检验的论述详细精到多所创获,为现代法医学提供了具有特定参考价值的辨别知识和鉴定经验。Collection of Grievance Relief Stories written by Song Ci in Southern Song dynasty is the first sys- tematic forensic book in China. This book records the principles and requirements of forensic examination, the ex- amination of various kinds of corpse and wound, the system of victim protection and emergency treatment and men- tions many typical cases and precious methods. The issue of prison execution is so vital that judicial workers need to have a good command of examination knowledge and be cautious in examination in order to achieve the purpose of reliving grievances. Being cautious is the basic principle in corpse and wound examination and detailed and careful examination is the attitude held by corpse and wound examiners. Precise study and determination is the spirit held by the examiners. The detailed description of the innovative methods of death and wound examination mentioned in Collection of Grievance Relief Stories provides valuable references to modern forensics.
