摘  要:目前多读数头位移传感器大多采用均布或等比方式进行排列,对读数头的加工和安装精度要求非常高,实现困难。文中提出了一种在不增加加工和安装难度的情况下实现高精度多读数头测量的新方法。传感器制造时,多读数头按照感应信号相位等差的方式分布在同一个定子上并且共用一个转子,使得多个读数头角位移信号和误差信号的感应电动势具有高度的一致性,且在相位上表现出周期性的等差规律,降低了误差辨识和修正的难度,提高了传感器的测量精度。实验结果表明:经过多读数头误差修正后,传感器的误差可以控制在±2″以内。At present, multiple reading head displacement sensors are mostly arranged in the form of geometric or uniform method and the accuracy of reading head is very high for fabrication and installation, and implementation is difficult. This paper proposed a new method of multiple reading head measurement without increasing the difficulty of processing and installation to a- chieve high precision.Sensor manufacturing and multiple reading head were arranged in the same stator according to the sensing signal phase arithmetic and sharing a rotor, making multiple reading head angular displacement signal and error signal of induction electromotive force have high degree consistency and it shows periodic arithmetic in the phase rule, reducing the diffi- culty of error identification and correction and improving the measurement precision of the sensor.Experiment shows that after self- correction with this method, the error of the sensor can be up to ±2″.
