建筑环境与能源应用工程专业生产实习新模式探索

摘　　要：建筑环境与能源应用工程专业生产实习效果好坏,直接决定该专业大学生从学习到工作转变进程的快慢。目前,建筑环境与能源应用工程专业教学过程中存在重理论、轻实践的现象,生产实习大多以参观为主,不能达到提升大学生理论结合实践能力的目的。针对目前生产实习效果差的问题,沈阳农业大学工程学院拟通过建立一种新的生产实习模式来解决。一方面加强校内外实习基地建设,与四家企业达成基地建设意向,建成三个校内基地,同建筑环境与能源应用工程专业相关校内部门达成实习协议;另一方面,调整生产实习组织和考核方式,增加暑期实习。最后,通过毕业生就业去向对比发现这种实习新模式在毕业生就业方面起到了积极作用。这表明,建筑环境与能源应用工程专业生产实习新模式卓有成效。The effect of production practice determines whether college students of the building environment and energy engineering specialty can quickly shift their identity from learner to worker.Currently,the phenomenon of stressing theoretical knowledge learning and neglecting practical ability cultivation exists in the building environment and energy engineering specialty,in which the main form of production practice almost is nothing but visit and thus cannot increase students＇ ability to combine theory with practice.Directed against the failure of production practice in good effect a new production prctice mode has been set up in Engineering College of Shenyang Agricultural University.According to this new mode,on the one hand,the college tries to strengthen the practice bases construction both outside and inside school,in which four enterprises outside school have intended to function as practice base,three inside-school practice bases have been set up and agreements on production practice have been made between related inside-school departments; on the other hand,it has rearranged the organizational and evaluating way of production practice,such as increasing the time for practice in summer vacation; and at last,it compared the employment of the graduates who had graduated before the establishment of the new mode with that of those who graduated after their acceptance of the new mode,which showed that the new mode played a positive role in improving graduates＇ employment.This mode has proved to be greatly effective.
