摘  要:简单说明了改进填料吸收塔传质系数测定实验的重要性,分析了原有实验装置和实验流程的不足。在实验室现有的CO2-H2O吸收实验装置基础上,经过分析对实验装置和实验过程进行了改进,加强实验预习,完善考核制度。改进后缩短了实验时间,增强了测试数据的稳定性和可靠性,提高了学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,一定程度上增强了学生的工程意识。The importance of reform of CO_2-H_2O absorbing laboratory was introduced. The experiment apparatus for absorbing CO_2,the methods and the experiment process were put forward by analyzing the defects of old experiment process based on CO_2-H2O absorbing experiment in laboratory. By providing a variety of preview mode,strengthening the experiment teaching courses,establishing scientific evaluation methods and the teaching system of absorption experiment,the keeping temperature unchanged was better,the experiment time was greatly shortened and the accuracy of experiment was largely improved,the practical and innovative ability of students was enhanced,the engineering consciousness of students was strengthened.
