地方高校理工科学院人才培养模式改革初探

摘　　要：试点学院改革是近年来的一个热门话题。三峡大学生物与制药学院实施试点学院改革以来,在培养创新型人才的总体思路的指导下,从人才培养方案的制定、教学管理模式的变革、课堂教学形式的更新、实践教学环节的优化、联合培养的实施等方面作出了一些变革,并取得了一些成果。本文以三峡大学生物与制药学院的一些具体做法为例,力图探索地方高校理工科学院人才培养的可行模式,以为其他地方高校提供参考。Launching a pilot project of reforms on institutes is currently a hot topic. In College of Biological and Pharmaceutical Sciences,China Three Gorges University,undertaking such a reform,positive results were obtained.Based on the reality of local colleges of science and engineering,making training programmers,changing the teaching management modes,renewing the forms of class-teaching,optimizing practice teaching and performing the joint training programmers,under the direction of principle of training creative talents,an idea for the training creative talents and make part of practice was proposed,so as to provide references for talents development in other local colleges of science and engineering.
