摘　　要：大数据时代,教师教育培训项目临时党支部建设必须适应大数据规模大、结构复杂、处理速度快等特点,坚持方向性(党要管党),信息化、民主性(对话沟通)、服务性、效益性等基本原则,管理才能高效有序地推进。According to the thinking model of big data, the construction of temporary party branch for teachers who participate in training programs should be efficiently, orderly and smoothly accelerated in accordance with the characteristics of big data such as large scale, complicated structure and fast data processing speed as well as some basic principles like orientation, informationization, democracy, service, efficiency, etc.
