摘　　要：地方高校确立符合自身实际、适度超前的发展战略,十分必要。相对于综合实力强大的名校,地方高校在诸多方面都处于弱势。如何在竞争中赢得自己的一席之地,最大限度地集中各项资源去突显特色,是提升自身办学实力和影响力的关键。It is very necessary to establish the development strategy of local universities in line with their own practi- cal and moderate advance. Relative to the comprehensive strength of the powerful elite ,local universities in many ar- eas are in a weak position, How to win their own place in the competition, to maximize the resources to highlight the characteristics, is the key to enhance their own strength and influence.
