摘 要:为了研究小尺度三级旋流燃烧室的燃烧性能,对头部为同旋向组合和反旋向组合的四种三级旋流器的燃烧室在不同进口速度和油气比参数下的燃烧性能开展了常压试验研究。研究结果表明:从燃烧室的主要燃烧性能来看,内旋流器旋向与燃油喷嘴旋向相反时的点火性能最佳,点火油气比为0.009;三级旋流器同旋向时贫油熄火性能最好,贫油熄火油气比约为0.0033;中间旋流器反旋向时燃烧效率最高,旋向组合对出口温度分布系数的影响相对较小。In order to obtain the combustion performance of a small-scale triple swirler combustor,experiments were conducted to study four triple swirlers with co-rotating and counter-rotating direction combinations on the combustion performance of a triple swirler combustor at different inlet airflow velocity and combustor overall fuel-air ratio(FAR) with fixed atmospheric pressure. The test results show that based on the ignition performance,the combustor has the best ignition performance with ignition FAR being 0.009 when air flow from the inner swirler and the fuel from the nozzle are counter-rotating;in terms of lean blow out performance,the co-rotating swirler is advantageous compared with the counter-rotating swirlers,and the lean blow out FAR of co-rotating swirler is about 0.0033; from the results of combustion efficiency,the combustion efficiency is highest when the intermediate swirler is counterrotating; judging from the exit temperature distribution performance,rotating direction combination has a little effect on pattern factor.
