摘　　要：糖尿病和根尖周病均是临床上较常见的疾病,二者的病因均不完全清楚。在临床工作中,对糖尿病患者采取何种治疗方案能有效控制根尖周感染尚无定论,糖尿病患者的根尖周感染也常难以得到有效控制。本综述主要分析糖尿病患者伴发根尖周炎感染难以控制的原因及糖尿病患者根尖周感染的控制方法,以期为这类患者的临床治疗提供一定的参考。Diabetes mellitus and apical periodontitis are common diseases in clinic,and the causes of the two are not completely clear.In clinical work,what treatment can effectively control in patients with diabetes mellitus on periapical infections is not conclusive,diabetes mellitus patients with periapical infections are often difficult to be effectively controlled..This review mainly analyzes diabetic patients with periarthritis of root cause of infection is difficult to control and its infection control methods,so as to provide some reference for clinical treatment.
